Dick Freeborg - President
As our
founder and leader, Dick is the heart, soul, and vision of
Hightech Signs & Graphx. Dick launched the company in 1992,
which operated out of a small, retail store front, and his 2
children Alison & Mark were the entire company. Since 1998, Dick
has taken a more active role in the company but has been the
driver of the business for many years. Prior to starting
Hightech Signs & Graphx, Dick was the President of
Instrumentation Marketing Corporation and NAC Visual Systems
providing high speed instrumentation cameras.

Alison Johnson - Vice President,
Operations
Having
been with the company since its inception, Alison holds the
record for our most tenured employee. In her role as VP of the
company, current business plans include growth in the wholesale
and real estate segments of the market, a "Back to Basics"
approach to improve upon product quality and timeliness of
orders and a focus on improving the customer experience at all
levels in the company.

Sam Thatte - Manager, Sales &
Marketing
Sam has
been with Hightech Signs since 2006 and is responsible for all
Sales and Marketing efforts for the company. Sam has a
background in retail management, quick print industry and
customer service management. His role at HTS is to build
relationships in the business community to help medium sized
businesses with their visual communication needs.

Joe Louis - Manager, Production
Joe has 8
years of industry experience in the vehicle advertising field
and brought it to Hightech Signs in 2004. Joe is a driven
individual, very passionate about what he does and dabbles in
other areas at HTS such as customer service & project
management. Today, he oversees all production work at Hightech
Signs. A true professional, Joe is committed in taking care of
our clients needs.

Johnny Joe Salaiz - Manager,
Art Dept.
Johnny
holds a B.A. in art with an emphasis on graphic design and has
been with Hightech Signs since 2005. Along with creating some
really high end and cutting edge designs, Johnny Joe and his
team manage output off our Dilli Flatbed, Mutoh fleet of
printers, Gerber plotters and an assortment of other plotters
and cutters every day!
